There's a Festival in early mid-Spring, the Egg Festival, where you can meet and talk to everyone. I usually wait for that rather than hunting them down.

It depends on the damage personnaly I would use the obsidian edge but if you like spamming the attack button you can use the bone sword

Steel Falchion does the same relative damage as Obsidian Edge (which I think is junk) but has a +4 speed bonus rather than a speed penalty. I hate the OE so much I used Yeti Tooth until I could afford the 9K,

As far as actually farming || cave jelly - There's no easy way to do it, best is a lava eel fishing pond or a high luck + luck food day + short casts in the lvl 100 mines pond - It only shows up when it swaps out on a garbage/non fish roll, so you want to churn as many non-fish as possible with as much luck as possible ||

What someone told me that I really appreciated is that you don't have to hoard everything. Starting out, save as much as you can ofc. But once you start getting a bunch of gold / purple quality items, you can start selling the lower tier ones >.< I was hoarding everything and it took up so much space so I really needed that tip, myself
