ok you need 3000 exp to reach level 6 (3300 exp total, being level 3 means you are at 380exp)

strawberry gives you 18 exp per harvest, planted on spring 14 is 2 harvests before end of season

60x18x2 = 2160 exp

if you plant nothing but 60 strawberries you're short 1000 exp

you'd need to plant about 50 bushels of kale to make up for it (but this might only push you past the level 6 mark at the end of spring; ideally you want a couple days grace period to put down your sprinklers)

It’s up to you but imo, if it’s your first save, you don’t need to restart cause once you restart then when you are in the middle of the game, you will feel you do some mistake again, and if you repeat again, you’ll feel you do lot of mistakes in the late game again..

The best general tips I can give you to grind for money, is to fish as its a good way to make money early game as well farming money crops depending the season and complete the little board quest at Pierre's !

how do we get ladders in infested floors?i thought we get a ladder when every monster is dead.

You do. If the last monster you killed died on a tile that can spawn one, it spawns back at the entrance.
If y ou don't have one, then not every monster is dead.

If you can't find the last monster, it's 1 of two options most likely.

A Flying enemy a bit off screen, so you need to go find where that is, or a Duggie in a dirst spot.

You might be missing a duggie or a bat. Walk along the walls and the last bat should spawn
