If you stayed on top of the community center goals, the Pantry is completable by mid fall, to get the greenhouse fixed in time to plant stuff in it.
Animals (except pigs) still produce in winter, so that is also steady income (need to prepare hay and heaters in advance though, Marnie isn't available on Mon or Tue... And every season starts with Mon and Tue)

Best way to upgrade the can is to watch for a rainy forecast the next day, ideally without a festival on the day after that.
Clint needs two overnights to work on the upgrade.

You don't want to hold the button, or it will gain too much upward speed.
You don't want to rapidly tap the button, or it will gain too little upward speed.
You need to learn how to properly press and release it to manage its speed and position.
You'll be sort of pulsing the button, not mashing it.

It changes the way you have to think about steering it.
If the fish jumps up, you have to accelerate up and then let go of the throttle early so the bar's momentum doesn't carry it past the fish; when the fish drops down, you have to let the bar fall and then re-engage the throttle early so the bar doesn't fall past the fish either

I believe Oak, Maple, Pine, and Mahogany trees can do this on the farm. I think they can't do it in other locations, and I think other tree types (e.g. fruit saplings) cannot "propagate" this way
