The longer stay up past that, the less you'll regen, up to 50% debuff if you pass out at 2am

If you gain a level, you will wake up with full energy regardless.

Grass in general should be saved until you have a Silo, so you can make Hay. But if it's in the way of where you want to plant crops, get rid of it.
