Coop usually, since it's cheaper, both on the building, and the chickens. Chickens also grow faster, and you'll likely have Mayo Machines earlier so they'll pay themslves back a lot quicker.

You can use them to increase the quality of coffee beans buy why would you

Coffee beans aren't really used for selling, they're used to make coffee

Quality increasing fertilizers only impact the ONE that you PICK. THe bonus ones that fall off the plant will ALWAYS be basic quality.

So for crops where you regularly get multiple per pick (coffee, Blueberry, cranberry) it's actually pretty unimpactful to use quality increasing fertilizers

Generally yeah.
Some crops wont actually get you more harvests, but coffee is pretty good since even just getting the crop 2 days earlier will be more coffee beans since it regrows so fast.
