Scout leads to either a profession that reduces the cooldown of the special moves by half or one that doubles the damage of crits

Fighter leads to one that further increases dmg and to one that increases hp

Early on, I'd recommend getting figher as scout on it's own is pretty bad. Later on, you can swap depending on what build you're going for
