It mostly comes down to if you have enough kegs to process all your crops. If you do, then the juice is worth more. If not, you'll do better with pickles just so you don't have a huge (and growing) number of crops just sitting around waiting to get processed

I don't like only growing cash crops. If I did, it would be all kegs, no jars.
Jars excel at up-selling low value crops, which lets me make decent money off things like eggplant or corn, or make blueberry jelly.

Trees need 1 tile around them. Normal trees (like maple or oak) can share that space, allowing you to plant them on alternate tiles. Fruit trees can't share that tile, so need 2 spaces between them.

I can help but feel overwhelemed since I do enjoy min maxing games as I feel there may be wasted time; especilly in a game like this.
