any fruit above that, it's "more profitable" to keg, any fruit below that, it's "more profitable" to jar (vegetables have a lower keg multiplier and thus a higher breakpoint that I didn't memorise but it's probably like 180 or something)

that only accounts for final profit though, and kegs take forever while jars are fast

so the rule of thumb is "keg big, profitable things (starfruit) and jar small things that you get in bulk (blueberry)"
