Seed maker is determined at the time you put the fruit it. For example, if you put something in at 6 am and it gives you 1 seed, if you reset the day and do it again at 6am it's gonna give you 1 seed again iirc

One thing that drives me mad. Since I started fishing I’ve got this major bug that’s triggering my misophonia to extreme. So apparently it’s a common bug but basically when you go fishing you’ll hear the rolling/rod pulling sound in your background until you restart the game. It’s sooooo triggering 😭

If you have low money, passing out can be a huge strategy for things like fishing. If you only lose 100 gold or so you'll definitely make more than that getting an extra two hours of fish time (realistically 3 factoring travel) and the stanima drain can be offput by eating one or two low costs if you need it for the day

But if you want the absolute best thing to eat early game I’d say it’s the foragables you can find around the map

I believe there's a list somewhere online of profitable recipes, but off the top of my head sashimi is almost always more profitable than certain fish because of its base price.
As a personal aside, I recommend not playing games that try to stay open no matter what you do.

If you have 2 players, you need at least 1 cabin for the extra player, you can use extra cabins for storage if you want, the layout just means close to your farm house or spaced out from it. Keep profit margin at 100%, that's just to make the game more challenging if you go lower. If you want to have your own money each, go separate, but shared is good if you want to make decisions together. I'd say standard farm or 4 corners for a starting farm.

Yeah it's very useful then, copper pickaxe essentially halves your hits per rock on the iron levels and it's good for even 80+. I believe it's the most cost effective upgrade for sure.

The copper axe and steel axe are just nice to get because you can start to farm hardwood out of the secret woods for decent foraging exp and also clear your farm.

I guess copper axe really if you don't care about the logs and don't mind using chair exploit.

You'll find a lot of quartz just clearing through to get dust sprites, I'd focus on that. If you want refined quartz you could also pick up fire quartz since it smelts into 3 refined quartz per 1 while you're farming gold levels.

I would suggest farming them out to get the monster killer goals of 500 dust sprites because it gives you the burglars ring. That would give you a chance to earn up to 2 coal per sprite if it procs on them and you could collect iron on those floors to. That would make the monster musk option even more effective too, but it'd be good if you have it already to make finding the 500 sprites quicker.
