Either ancient fruit or Starfruit. Starfruit is more profitable if you speed it up enough, but more work as you have to rebuy and replant seeds, but also faster to set up. Ancient fruit is less profitable but won't require fertilizer really, no need to rebuy and replant seeds, it just takes more time to set up
