so. i dont know if its the same for sdv (i have no mods here, but:) to test which mod is making the problem, just take HALF of your mods out. if the game works, huzzah! the mod that was bad is in the half that you took out. take out the other half (separately) and put half of the "poisoned" mods back in , then half that. repeat until you isolate which mod was causing the problem. if it doesnt work no matter what, you may need to somehow cheat yourself the quest (if thats possible??? might want to ping someone who actually knows how lol) or if you maybe have a mod related to letters or quests, remove those first?
