Year 1 cc for a first playthrough is setting really high expectations and most likely not gonna happen. Pushing them to get greenhouse in year 1 might be good, cause its very nice and helps people that get kinda lost when winter comes
Like others said, Joja is not at all recommended for a first playthrough. Community center acts as a tutorial and has you explore all skills and mechanics and a bunch of different things, it's definetly better for a first playthrough
