watering can should be one of the last upgrades you go for in my opinion. i went for copper axe and pick then silver axe. you need to unlock an area by the wizards tower this will be your main source of hardwood as it can only be gathered from specific stumps or logs. ( to get to the area you need the silver axe as the way is blocked by a log that needs the higher grade tool to break )

@winged abyss just balance your farming and mine visits. Try to get another 5-10-15 levels in the mines when you can because you'll need the resources. Get the backpack upgrade. And keep an eye on CC bundles but that guide can be overwhelming, it's normal to finish CC in year 2/3 or even later

Getting the minecarts fixed makes life a lot easier, too

Clint likes Emily, but is shy. Emily might like the farmer as one of her heart events say she and the farmer's fate might intertwine.
Sebastian has a crush on Abigail. Not too certain if it's reciprocated the other way too much.
Leah and Elliot are platonic. Btw, Leah could be bisexual since she has a female ex named Kel(ly)?
Harvey could like Maru, or maybe he just cares for his employee/nurse.
Haley and Alex are really good friends, but they could develop feelings, even though this is prolly just head-canon as neither of them have shown that type of affection.
Shane is Shane.
