If you mean the ponds in your farm, that's the issue. Fishing in your farm yields trash. Usually the best fishing spots are the mountain lake and the ocean

Most people I see who are vegan or vegetarian are more focused on the ethical or economical and such reasons to be Vegan or Vegetarian

Healthy diet is less about where the food comes from, and more about getting the right values of different things, like Calories, Vitamins, etc.

As such I don't think any dietary ideology is more or less healthly than another, it's more if you have access to the right things.
