and that part of the community center is pretty quick to complete
then you can also get a horse from robin eventually which is faster than walking
and also (this takes more resource gathering since its sort of expensive) you can use these totem thingies once you unlock the recipe

Well, grass will spread 1 tile daily if Able to in a specific pattern, so theoretically you'd only need 16 grass planted for it to spread and keep up. Though the issue is that animals will always just go to the closest grass to eat, and will mess up the Pattern of it spreading naturally.

THe best method would be to plant grass sporadically, and then put an Item on top of it (like a fence post)
This will prevent the animals from eating that tile, but it will still spread from it.
