Depends how close you are to 6 farming I guess. I'd lean more towards sprinklers, but that's mostly because I wouldn't want to spend the 10k on tool upgrades early on. Farming specific ore doesn't usually take too long anyways.

It's good for getting places faster, but it won't make you money like the coop or barn. The horse is great, but it can wait until after you've got other animals.
Basically, it's best to spend money on things that can make you MORE money early on. Other QOL purchases like the horse can wait until you have a steady income stream.

@ambersgone for one, there are technical considerations: Stardew uses peer to peer multiplayer, there is no central server, so someone's phone would have to host the game. Also, the multiplayer version of the game has worse performance which is significant for many phones
