To get wine to have a star value you have to put the wine in a cask which will allow you to get wine that's above gold star quality. Wine is still worth 3x the value of the no-star fruit. You'll make slightly less profit if you put high quality fruit into a keg, but the wine will always sell for more than the fruit.
