let me give you my reasoning so that you can decide for yourself - pigs are very very profitable and the problem with sheep is that they go in a barn, taking up the space you could fill with pigs instead. another thing is - you need shears in order to get wool from sheep, which is an extra cost (not a lot, but still), whereas you don't need any tools for rabbits

Man, planting spring 1 on mobile is a real time crunch

Because you have to till, fertilize, and plant, and fertilizing and planting has to be done tile-by-tile (no holding and running around)

and then to top it all off, you have to water (even if you have sprinklers) to make sure the crops count that first day (half my strawberries in Y2 ended up behind a day on growth)

Eh, not to bad though, becase they have a 3 day period at the end of the month where they won't get another chance to harvest, So once my first group of strawberries is ready, i'll just hold off on picking them until the next day, that way the next harvests will all be synched

IIRC, if you leave the plants till the end of the season, they will appear dead on the next season day 1, but the plot will still be tilled. Doesn't work from Winter->Spring though because all your plants die and disappear on Winter 1

but bear in mind, the autofeeder in the deluxe barn gets rid of the abilty to pull hay from the hay hopper (because the table is always full) And pulling hay out of the hopper only way to store hay beyond silo capacity

So when you do get deluxe barns and coops, just be sure to add 1 more non upgraded one on the farm somewhere (doesn't need animals in it) just so you can pull hay out of the silos to store as you are cutting down grass
