Tips for new farmers:
If you can help it, NEVER throw away an item, because it will inevitably have a use. Except for Mixed Seeds, those suck.
Keep track of villagers' birthdays and buy them Spaghetti from the Saloon. Fair warning, Willy dislikes Spaghetti, so get creative.
Be sure to fish in the rivers, lakes, and ocean as soon as a new season starts. This will help with the Community Center a metric ton, so don't toss it aside in favor of the mines.
