No, there wouldn't be. You can only get crab-pot fish in the farm ponds. Everything caught with a rod will be trash. Which can be pretty helpful once you get the recycling machines.

I'd say a couple of good things that are easily done and can really help you are to get the greenhouse unlocked and the bus repaired. The former requires completing the pantry bundle, which can be accomplished by mid-Fall of year 1 with planning. The latter just takes money.

It's very nice. But it is a little small. Giving your animals a bit more area can mean they'll have more grass and won't finish it off so quickly. You can buy grass starters from Pierre to replace the grass.
Another good method is to place your barn and coop just at the edge of the grass that grows wild on the farm and just letting them eat away at it without fencing them in.

Depends on how many kegs you have. A good early game strategy for when you have very few kegs is to keg the regular stuff and sell the gold and silver raw.
As you get more and more kegs, you can start kegging everything because wine is 3x base value, while gold quality crops are only worth 1.5x base value.
You'll always make a lot more money making fruits into wine.

No. Fertilizers will not help you once you start processing your crops. Speedgrow can help you by giving you extra harvests in a season, depending on the speegrow type.
Word of advice: no amount of speedgrow will givve you an extra harvest of cranberries, so skip using it on them. You'll probably want to sell your cranberries and blueberries raw anyway, in which case fertilizers WILL help with those.

I´d say no, because in early game money is quintessential and the most cheap fertilizer has low probs of increasing quality. If you desire to, make fertilizer out of sap.

It won't shorten the amount of time between harvests, but it will reduce the amount of time until the FIRST harvest. If you would normally get the first harvest on, say the 9th (like strawberries) and would normally get 5 total harvests per season, simply boosting that by 10% with regular speedgrow will make the first harvest a day earlier, resulting in getting 6 harvests in that season instead of 5.
