Fish on bad luck days, go to the mines on good luck days. You wanna conserve your food for mines days and going on goodluck days gives you more of a chance to hit ladders and good items so its more efficient to only go there on goodluck days

If you mean the cooking show, you can make up all the recipes if you didn't watch them on Wednesdays, and I believe if you didn't get them all after the cooking recipes all have been shown on the Sundays then you can still watch it on Sunday and it will give you new recipes sometimes too

You can put any legend fish in the fish pond. There's some fish you can't put in there but I dotn have all of them memorized. But for sure no legendary fish can go in
