More specifically, the only two veggies that are worth more (marginally) in kegs (as juice) than as pickles in jars are pumpkins and red cabbage. Every other vegetable is worth less when put in a keg to make juice than when put in a jar to make pickles.

Juice takes 4 days to make, pickles take 3 days. Pumpkin juice base price is 720, while pickles go for 690. Sounds better to make juice, right?
But every 12 days you make juice, you are getting 3 batches for a total of 2160, while in the same 12 days you can make four batches of pickles for 2760.
Add to this fact that all veggies except pumpkins and red cabbage are actually worth less as juice than pickles, and this is why I say you should never make juice.
