Yeah I have tons of extra ones that add new npcs new areas and such
And I had one to mod geralt into the game but it's really just elliot with grey hair haha

yeah that yellow blurb is probably about that bed that's a tile with invalid data, that is not likely your crash though
extra beds like that is usually a symptom of using an old farmhouse edit from before beds became objects
Not really. Because of how SMAPI counts mods, A LOT of mods count as more than one mod. If I remove Downtown Zuzu and nothing else, my mod count drops by like 9. I'm up over 600 by SMAPI count myself.
yeah, most mods are generally a collection of 3-5 packs that hook into frameworks, big content mods can upwards of 8-15

There's a lot going on in my game, and 64 bit is a hard requirement for me to run, but it generally runs smooth (until someone changes a map name and breaks a warp on me).

yeah, check for a crash log if it actually crashed, or otherwise whatever smapi logged
do note that some mods absolutely do not like the 64 bit enviornment, though that number is quite small nowadays
try removing that portrait mod

I still can't figure out how to start smapi when I start the game from steam. I know how to do it but I can't find the right file to use
change the launch options to read "Your path to the game:\StardewValleyModdingAPI.exe" %command%
which for standard steam is something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Stardew Valley\StardewModdingAPI.exe" %command%
note the quotes, they're important

yes, that's caused by 1.5 adding separate zoom options for the world and the UI
with the original build of UI info suite you need to make sure those two zoom options match in %
otherwise the overlay and the menu buttons won't line up

OutOfMemoryException errors on Windows mean that your game ran out of memory. The game only has access to a small part of your computer's memory by default. Yes, I get that. But it then goes and installs another instance of Stardew. I was curious if it creates this instance from copying game files already on the device or from downloading a fresh

no, had it since the last game
this was a totally new game we staretd
and everytime all the puppyfish (even minnows) get sold, they change item when caught again

i dont believe it causes log errors, would it even show up?
no but we get other clues from the logs
such as whether you have the same JA packs installed
I can see you have different JA packs installed
versions or actual different ones?
e.g. Asterisk555 Trees as Crops JA
for multiplayer joy you need the same mods as each other when starting the save and then don't change your JA packs in any way

Even though it breaks at "fast animations" I think the error has something to do with a bugged item somewhere.
But I'm not sure how to proceed and to find out what's broken.
You can get away with like different UI mods and things like that, but you can't really have different crops or goods or things like that.
we both have the stardew expanded though, and thats the only thing that is causing problems since the fish dont look like the modded ones
your game communicates with your friend's game about items using code numbers, not item names
if you don't both have the same list of items, the code numbers mean different things to your different games
you catch a blobfish, your game says "nix has caught a 7240", your friend's game says "ok that's joja parsnip seeds, cool cool"
the only way to have item numbers line up properly is have all the same crop/fish/etc mods

So one of the chests we were using turned into the mushroom box item when I broke it, I placed it before knowing what it is and now we have shrooms growing in the middle of the farmhouse living room!

I’ve been dog-fooding the new UI, which is slightly different and I can’t remember if the option was there or not.
the big difference with the 64 bit client.. the exe doesnt have a space, similar to the mac/linux version, so managers and such that expect it to have a space wont find it

the 64 bit client has always been based on the linux one, which is just StardewValley.exe
(Vortex doesnt handle this correctly out of the box either, though an updated extension was posted by a user that generally fixes it if you install it)
there's also manual shenanigans you can do with renaming file trickery, but that gets old really fast.

for vortex it's fixable now by downloading an extra extension, otherwise you basically copy the stardewvalley.exe file to and name it with a space. The big caveat with that.. PyTK will not run in the 64 bit enviornment while there's a Stardew with a space in the folder, it defaults back to the 32 bit assembly and crashes hard
I learned that one the hard way this week, it was..a very bizzare bug

I was using 32-bit, game crashed after Egg Day, so I was advised to switch to 64 bit. Basically until this morning, I encountered no errors until I updated JA, Magic, SpaceCore, and Cooking Skills
Oh no, the game didn't crash there, it just didn't display any dialogue, fwiw
I tried to turn on the TV, and the game just refused
looks like when it tries to create the dialog event it hit null objects
yeah, that phone crash looks like it bricked the dialog system when the tv object tries to query it so it also errors
you could try turning off random calls in the phone, and see if it stops happening

ok first thing, do you have a Stardew Valley.exe in your 64 bit folder you ran that log from? the MS crash looks like the one I described

it sees what it thinks is the 32 bit client and tries to access it, which obviously does not work running from x64

PyTK does not like that, at all
that might actually be all of your problems, running it that way means PyTK doesnt run at all, which is what TMX depends on, which in turn means some custom maps wont load, among other things
Smapi just goes "Oops! SMAPI can't find the game. Make sure you're running StardewModdingAPI.exe in your game folder."
er, hopefully you didnt delete it, if that was your x64 exe you need to rename it so that it doesnt have a space

it should have initially been that way, but you possibly renamed it at some point to make a mod manager work or something, the 64 bit client needs to not have a space, the 32 bit client does
yeah, some mods use the filename to figure out what enviornment it's running in for some reason

yes, you shouldn't get the assembly errors then, and it will probably clear up all of your other errors
(you have some mods that won't run in 64 bit, and a mod you are missing a dep for, but that's not the cause of your woes)

No I mean like...even beforehand, it didn't have the space in its name
that last log you posted had to have an exe with the space in its folder when it ran, that's what causes those assembly errors
anyhow, it sounds like its working now
I encountered this same bug when I got 'clever' and added a space version to make vortex understand stardew was there, one of the most bizzare bugs I've run into in a while :p
And now some mods are not even loading in, like my undertale + deltarune music pack for custom music

I don't see any real errors in that log, and whatever music pack you mean isnt installed at all in that log, it would either show up under custom music at the top or in the red skipped mods section
mod updater is crashing, but I dont think that does anything really, as is Entorax's shop expander, not sure what you have that one for either

it must not be in the mod folder, smapi will generate a complaint on even an empty folder in the mod folder

It's set up correctly and everything, SMAPI won't even load it
that's..really not possible, smapi iterates the entire mod folder, even if it didnt think it were a mod, there's no mention even in the raw log

hehe, happens, you should point your launch options to the depot folder, avoids stuff like that
(launching it thru steam just like you did the 32 bit client works just fine)

There isn't a Stardew Valley.EXE in there, just StardewValley.EXE
So using the search box didn't turn up a Stardew Valley.exe? Then I'm unsure why your log has that line of red in it

are you playing with a custom farm map installed? it looks similar to the four corners map!
it is four corners, with just some asthetic mods to make four corners easy on the eye , it is still glitched without the mod.
hm, the vanilla map doesn't have a tile in that position that would cause this. can you share the map mod you're using?
Did you change your map mid playthrough? The map there has bushes in those error places

yeah i did, i replaced the bushes with a terrain editor, but the stars are still glitchedf
as it happens, the bush is cleverly placed to hide that glitchy tile, but the tile's only glitchy for aesthetic reasons anyway so the effect is sort of for naught
what bout the stairs tho, they are still mismatched, even without a mod?
could you please place this into the [CP] Rei's Four Corners Farm\assets folder? it doesn't matter if you remove the existing Farm_FourCorners map, because i'll also need you to open the content file and change the "Target" to "assets/Farm_FourCorners_Rei.tmx"

Depends on what the issue is, I guess. Most of them have just failed to load from what I've seen, but there was the weird bug with Spacecore and winter crops that wasn't immediately obvious.

the problem wasn't that though, it was that custom music wasn't loading because it failed for some reason and that prevented some parts of SVE from loading as well and that lead to the tmxl error spam

looks like Yet Another Jump Mod is doing something with the horse sprite too, so it might be overwriting the changes from the other mod
ill remove the Yet Another Jump Mod and try again

I hate the stardew valley mods that just remove Harvey’s mustache, glasses, and make him less pudgy, he’s perfect the way he is!

I've been using Gwen's craftable reskin for awhile now but I didn't have the witch scarecrow in most of my save files but I have one with this character and I didn't noticed in fall it turns to a ladder a crate of apples. I read on the internet that you would need to add mod files into the game file which you can do on iOS because it has a file explorer thingo. But I also read that you need some sort of app which you can't get on iOS .. what does said app do
you'd need SMAPI for modding, and it doesnt offer support for iOS which means it unfortunately wouldnt work
ios generally does not allow you to tinker with installed apps at all
android has mods
so not mobile.. just ios

plus its not really about being left out, there are limitations to what you can do on iOS compared to android 
you cant even have a 'legitmate' ios app open another app store app, it's not possible thru the api, only opening apple base apps
which in terms of not having an app somehow hijack your phone is good in some ways, but does make doing lots of things incredibly inconvenient

Heya, sorry for the late reply - Diverse SDV is partially compatible with other portrait mods for individual characters because you can turn off each character individually in DSV's config, but it's not compatible with portrait mods that affect multiple characters. You also can't use the seasonal outfits function with other portrait mods unless the art is specifically created to be compatible (if by "anime portraits" you mean Seasonal Anime Portraits II, that mod is 1) set up for SVO, not DSV, and 2) super outdated anyway and missing half of the outfits, so I wouldn't recommend using it)
Portraiture isn't compatible with DSV either since DSV uses a lot of overlays and the seasonal outfits function relies on CP to change by location, neither of which work with Portraiture.

All good! 😄 Admittedly, I haven't actually used them together so I dunno how bad the incompatibility is, exactly, but my suspicion would be that at best, Portraiture will override DSV so you'll get Portraiture's portraits but DSV's sprites (which people may like? 🤔 I've never understood why people don't mind mismatching portrait & sprite outfits), and at worst, you'll get weird overlaps or something, I assume

DCBurger's Portraits are high-res, so they can't just be dropped into Mods like other portrait mods. You have to use Portraiture to enable them in-game
its on android too?
Alternatively, if you're using the PyTK version, you need PyTK installed
to save you some clicks the android pytk is 1.19.6
