If you've been using Vortex, I'm pretty sure the mods are in, like, two different locations? I can't exactly remember... but I do believe that was what Aloneko told me after I finally pried them from Vortex π

Anyone know what item not found means ? Me and a friend finally got all of our mods to work but the fruits and veggies one it comes up item not found ffor a lot of stuff . But when we play everything works fine but we are unable to pick up our crops. Any help would be hugely appreciated !

oh, the no idea what X is lines happen when you're missing an optional dependency that provides that item

oh, I've had errors that lists stuff like that, sadly in my experience that's just the error telling you what has patched that stuff, and it's not a guarantee that those mods specifically caused your issue. It's still worth a try though

I'm currently following the wiki and I'm up to the "Install mods" portion, how do I unzip mods into the mods folder? I'm not the most tech-savy person 
Use something like 7-Zip or WinRar π
it is funny that I know how to adjust mods and stuff, but very poor when comes to command stuff
7-zip is good and free and open-source. As long as all your mods are .zip format, Windows should be able to open them fine.
... adopt skin... out of 52 skins inside the folder, there is only 22 skin id...

None of the files are .zip files

at most you will get a game crash, not an explosion

Im looking for a mod that i swear existed once. It was like the tractor mod, but no tractor. Like basically I could equip the scythe and wander my farm on first of the season and all weeds within 3 tiles of me got cut, switch to are, all little branches, etc. Im losing my mind wondering if I made this up and nothing is on nexus but the search there is mad specific? Any ideas?
I want to restart and change my farm focus, but I really don't want to have to carpal tunnel myself to get my farm clear again
I don't believe that's a mod I know of, but you could just use console commands to clear the farm if you don't mind the slight cheaty side of ir
That's what the house looks like on the first 'level' of it. It'll change when you upgrade. Can also grab the matching wallpaper, flooring and furniture mods from the same author if you want it all to match

Getting a krobus mod finally eyyy
that reminds me a bit of joys of efficiency. i know that one picks up forage in a radius, and auto-hoes artifact spots in a radius, though it doesn't fully replace the tractor

i tend to have both, as the tractor's forage-pick-up is unfortunately buggy (as it keeps the farmer's pick-up animation even on the tractor), while joys of efficiency is automatic with animation. so i turn off the tractor's forage pick-up
There was one I had that conflicted with JoE, gotta dig for it...
(the animation can unfortunately get caught or be exacerbated by other bugs/issues)

Hi guys, got a question regarding hair and clothing.
I see most of them are out-of-date and those that have been updated requires Json Assets mod frame to work. Is there a way I can convert or somehow remove the Json requirement? By either make it work and show with Get Glam or something?
I am normally not against having to download mods, obvious, but Json requires both SpaceCore and Expanded Preconditions Utility in order to work and it seems a bit much having to install 3 separate mod just to get 1 skirt to work etc.
Already using about 30 mods as is and SpaceCore seems to stutter in my game for some reason (or its json, still need to test some more to be sure)

There are a couple options depending on your desired end result... You could possibly use Content Patcher to patch in the items but you would then be replacing the vanilla ones instead of adding. As for the stutter. Json Assets and Spacecore shouldn't really be the issue. Its likely another mod causing that.
I want to avoid replacements, just want some extra choices regarding hair and clothes, but yea.
I wouldn't know which one it would be, my game doesn't stutter or freeze now, but does if I add them. So either its having a fight with another mod in the pile or something. Granted, when I install SpaceCore and Json, its usually when I am going to play with SVE.

You have both Grandpa farm and IF2R installed. So IF2R will disable itself automatically.

Mods you see I use in every save, except SVE and its depended mods, its when I installed SVE and its depended mods that it starts to lag. Sparecore and Json are obvious some of the depended mods SVE needs.

You don't need any of them, they're optional. But IF2R disables itself if Grandpa is downlaodaed

@still gulch to be honest looking at the mods in the log I couldn't begin to guess what the issue is. I have mod that add 100's oj JA items though and have never had JA be the issue.

SVE is big though and has lots involved in it, and it does often cause issues with other mods

I know that CP can updated patchs on location change, time change, beginning of day and so on. If there are patches update on time change that would have the delay happening each time the game clock changes to the next 10 min interval

savebackup will take your saved game folder and back it up once a day the first time you launch smapi. That way if your save gets broken and you need to go back a day or 2 that you have backups to do so
losing a day of play is way better than losing the entire 100+ hour game

I guess it would depend on how the dirt and houses are being patched, if the patch is replacing an entire tilesheet then it wouldn't be easy to prevent just a part of it from applying, but if the mod does each part of item in individual patches and images files then yes we could cancel or remove the patches

@still gulch The tiles in specific that control the ground dirt as well as some towns buildings is in a file called outdoorsTileSheet one per season, and the mod replaced the entire tilesheets. Either The bad tiles need to be removed from the tilesheet being patched and the patch type changes to say overlay instead of replace. That or each tilesheet would have to be broken down into its individual components and then each patched separately. So to be honest not any easy thing to correct. If it was the trees and bushes or a few other things it would be a quick fix. But not for what your looking for sorry

The bed size seems to be just a replacement of double beds. I currently don't have spouses in the save. Might make backup, snag two, then drop the mod to see what happens.

@still gulch I could do the work in Photoshop for you but.. There are a lot of tiles at play between dirt and grass and combo tiles. Plus the houses. you likely be doing half of one into the other. that could be easy enough because it's likely large chunks to copy and paste. You would almost be better off finding a recolor you like for the dirt and buildings and then take that whole tilesheet and add it to the mod that has the rest of the stuff you like.

@polar steppe if the items have gone completely it's likely because the mod they were part of also got removed. Things often get shuffled around but not usually completely removed.

Well, I figured out my issue. I don't really understand it, but deleting those updates and reinstalling them seemed to fix the deletion, however I'm actually back at square one with the lag issue lol.

The Jungle and City mod is updated, but the author did not put it into the manifest. The Arcane Table mod doesn't really need to be changed, since I've already updated that one with the same adjustments the author already made.

It basically gets rid of the loading screens between maps. It's never been an issue.
could maybe be one of the mod that use TMXL Map Toolkit as they add to the maps in ways either buildables or other. Maybe its cause delays in the way the maps are being displayed causing the lag

@acoustic talon SVE and Ridgeside Village add a lot of stuff to the game, without adding a bunch of new things to cook and craft. Which is what a lot of the PPJA packs add. So expanding the game Id go with those 2. If you want to add 100+ items to cook craft and so on. I'd looking to downloading all the PPJA mods
That's another weird thing, none of those caused this issue either. This started happening after I installed the Expanded Storage mod. I do believe it has something to do with that mod and Deluxe Auto-Grabber Redux. I have read that Expanded Storage is a bit too picky for what the author made it for, and it seems the author wanted to put in Auto-Grabber functionality which in my opinion should be a separate mod.
