natural recolour relies upon 3rd party software called Reshade... included with the mod.. Reshade can be updated and has lots of options outside of the preset options used by the mod. I used the mod to set the files up proper then downloaded the newest version of REshade to update
Reshade basically runs on top of the game and acts as to way to apply post processing effects to graphics. MSAA and other smoothing or detailing effects... All at a cost to cpu and graphics card power so limited to those with better systems

That rock blocking the river gets removed after completing the bundle for it.
However, the picture shows that bundle having been completed, BEFORE the rocks to the mine have been broken.

well, that was annoying >.> challenging cc bundles had been working fine on every other save, but this particular one fell prey to a known error that effects some but not others
i'd edited challenging cc bundles to be even more challenging, and wasn't effected by the error at first, so i didn't update it so i wouldn't have to go to the trouble of editing it again

The version in the pinned posts is supposed to help prevent some of those OOM errors.
My wife had a lot of those when saving as well.

"Large Address Aware" can not make a program use RAM like a 64 bit system....

you know, i usually ignored the perks of being married mod because i usually married sebastian and his perk (reduced building cost at robin's) i already took care of with price drops mod. but now that i'll have a harem with haley and haley's perk is a price boost to fruits and flowers from trees, which effects artisan goods from them...

i got pretty bad ja shuffle this save when adding mushrooms >.> i mean, sure it didn't effect many crops, but the ones it did effect straight up had to be cut down. one crop in particular was a regrowing crop producing endless error items.
so yeah, usually i can vibe with weirdly named wines and honeys, but producers of endless error items is kinda

a bud and I are playing multiplayer. we get the softlock black screen at the end of the day. he tried reinstalling both Stardew and SMAPI to no effect. it says 1900 errors but some of them appear to be the same one repeated over and over
the game proceeds as normal if he quits out instead of trying to sleep, but that's kinda no fun for him since we have split money and he doesn't get any of his EXP or earnings that way :'D

it's generally better to take the actual mod folders out of the folders that have those long names with numbers, it can cause the mod to fail to load

However, it doesn't seem to working quite right, only applying the change to some npcs, not all. Also I am suddenly having this strange thing pop up...something about strings? It happened when I saw the bronze trash can at Clint's shop and when I picked up an upgraded tool from him. Can get screenshots of both issues and links to the mods if needed. I'm posting my smapi log to see if there's something I missed causing these problems you guys catch.

likely. they're editing the same things, portraits and sprites, right?
i was having trouble with diverse stardew loading the portraits just fine, but the sprites of certain characters were stuck in vanilla. until i realised that the no bowlegs mod was overriding the sprites of those characters
I'll try removing seasonal then and see if that fixes it. Would there be a point in bringing it up to the mod author or is it something they can't really fix?
most if not all portrait/sprite mods if they're editing the same characters.
Here's the string thing I've been mentioning. It's supposed to say like "x tool is ready" but instead it's saying this. Also it says something weird on the bronze trashcan.
a seasonal villager version of the anthro mod is what will fix compatibility. so, a whole new portrait/sprite mod >.> it might be worth asking if the anthro mod author has plans for seasonal outfits, but i think that's all you can ask of one person.
otherwise, float the idea for seasonal anthro mod on github

I'm perhaps getting ahead of myself with Automate and Chests Anywhere. I want to create jewelry from Jewelcraft in one chest (gold bar + gem), then push it to another chest for polishing (jewelry + slime). However, individual gems can also be polished, but I only wanted the jewelry to be polished. 
I reckon I can put the gems and gold bars into the Jewelry chest that says "take only from this chest" and then pushes the product, jewelry, to another chest, the Polisher one, via connectors. That chest would have the slime to polish the jewelry. I just don't know if the Polisher machine might still pull gems from the Jewelry chest

try removing them to find out if one is causing it. if you don't want to do it one by one, then remove half and if the error is still occurring, then it's in the half you still have. if the error's not occurring, then it's in the half you removed. narrow it down like that.

Nesting mod folders is fine, as long as you keep them installed properly. For example

I nest all of my mods because, with how many I have, it was getting too difficult to find anything when it was time to update. Works great! Just make sure to keep mods in separated in their own sub-folders. When SMAPI sees a manifest.json in a folder it seems to stop digging into sub-folders and those mods will be skipped

I don't know if you were on yesterday when I posted again, but I updated SMAPI to an Alpha version, and that kinda worked. I was able to get through one day and save, but the very next day my game was again stuck saving

Before I figured out my OOM issues were caused primarily by the Custom Music, I actually had it so bad I couldn't even get through a single day. It would not let me save at all! Getting rid of a bunch of mods changed that to it making OOM at the end of the 3rd day after that.
I'm fine now that I changed the Custom Music issue, but my point here is if we figure out what's causing your OOM, then hopefully the game will function like it's supposed to
Should I uninstall some of my Custom Music? Most of it comes from SVE, RSV, and Lyll NPC
You'd have to uninstall those mods, not just the CM component

AH! Yes, you may have the Custom Music problem too! You don't need to uninstall it, because those mods need the music. You need to set preload to false for any that have it. Lyell and RSV are fine. SVE you should change though

Go into where you have SVE -> StardewValleyExpanded -> [CM] Stardew Valley Expanded and then bring up the content.json with Notepad. All of the music tracks should have a line that says "Preload": true and you want to change the true to false for all of them. Save the file after that and give it a try
The music will still play when it needs to, but what preload: true is doing is making it so all of those tracks are sitting in your RAM the ENTIRE time you are playing, using a good chunk of your memory, even if you never activate the event scenes they are for while playing. With it set to false they will only load up when they are needed (you shouldn't notice any load time/lag) and they will dump themselves out of memory when no longer needed.
It's one of the best tips I've seen shared here. Although I wonder why that isn't the default setting 
I haven't tried it, but Obamoose told me that if it's set to preload: false it causes problems when you try to listen to those tracks on the jukebox. I suppose FlashShifter was trying to prevent that for the SVE tracks. But that's 7 wav files (which aren't small!) sitting in your RAM the entire time if you have SVE installed. With SDV's 32-bit limitations, that's way too much RAM to be used up by music that's just for events.
Ah! I have never used the jukebox so that explains that lol

Regardless of potential jukebox issues, I really appreciate that rafseazz and Obamoose changed it for RSV. I have not brought this up to FlashShifter and maybe I should. I've helped multiple people with this now, but your average SVE user who might be having OOM issues is not going to see this suggestion and not even realize that's an issue for them. Some might even feel intimidated by looking at code, even though it's a simple change. Of course, it's his mod and he may not change it even if he's aware of it, but I just think it would help

I don't think I've seen any mod crops be purchasable at Joja specifically except the Joja-related ones (since they're trying to fit the theme). Not sure why.
It seems to me that Joja route is kinda ignored. I know not all of the vanilla crops are at Joja, but I think PPJA should have some of the crops added...

Thanks! A little delay when changing location is expected, since your content packs change a large number of assets based on the location. I could look into whether there's any way to make that faster in future versions though.

it looks like your overgrown flowery interface is the primary one throwing errors, but you have this too: "Two content packs want to load the 'Buildings\Mill' asset (More Overgrown Fairy Buildings and Overgrown Fairy Buildings). Neither will be applied."

I would suggest trying to redownload Overgrown Flowery Interface, delete the old one, and put the new copy in. For whatever reason it thinks one of the image files it needs is missing
@eternal ravine DSV reloads the sprites and portraits for every NPC each time you switch between indoors/outdoors, and I see 12 patches for Abigail in the Nexus download for example. So extrapolating that to all the NPCs being edited, that's somewhere in the ballpark of 372 patches being reapplied each time just from DSV, in addition to any non-NPC changes it makes.
@distant tiger Oh, I think I might know what it is, even though it's not the same file. I removed the junimonote file from it because there was also one in the anthro mod that was conflicting with it. Does that make any sense for a cause here?

Could be. Not familiar with the anthro mod. The file it thinks is missing is "assets\cursorset.png" (would've been in the assets folder under the Overgrown Flowery Interface mod). Is that the one you deleted?
Huh, yes, I did delete that file because I applied a different cursor, but that was ages ago. Why is it throwing this error now and kind of breaking my game?
Not sure. Honestly it could be a newer version of Content Patcher noticing that it needs that image, but maybe an older version did not. I don't know. But it sounds like you either need to have that file, since the mod really wants it, or to not use the mod at all. I suppose another option is you could replace the cursorset.png with another cursorset.png image that you like better - but either way the mod doesn't want to work without one there.
About the DSV discussion - I wonder if it would be a problem (have not used that mod or seen how it's written) to delete the versions of characters you are not using. No one needs 12 versions of Abigail. Taking out the versions you don't need would, at the minimum, make loading up the game faster since it's less that SMAPI + Content Patcher needs to look at. Don't know if it would affect the slow loading in-game or not, but hopefully it would

Lyell doesn't preload music as a default. The RSV authors set everything to false themselves a few updates ago so you should be fine there too. Do you have any other mods that use Custom Music? I know A Woman in a Painting has it set to preload for hers if you are using her

Uhh you could try removing Seasonal Villager Outfits and reinstalling it.
For the Not Far From the Tree mod - under the assets folder for it there should be a Shane folder. Do you have a Baby.png file in there?

so, beatrice, nagito, mike, sorren definitely have festival locations loaded by tmxl, which is currently proving buggy >.> fortunately, you can simply delete the tmxl festival locations for beatrice, mike, and sorren. unfortunately, nagito has his festival locations built in to his other tmxl loaded things, like his house, so that can't be deleted without problems. however, you can simply restart the day and that should fix the error and load the festival properly.
i think i have to "dove" baby shane...
annoying to do for most festivals, and a downright pain for moonlight jellies and spirit's eve, though >.>

+1 to what Vibel said. I noticed you have Nagito and he's one of the custom NPCs that hasn't been updated yet to deal with the TMXL festival bug. I've heard that reloading the game once or twice can sometimes make the festival load properly even with Nagito. You can make it so he won't have issues if you're willing to change code. If you search Nagito here in Discord, lemurkat put up some changes that can help

It's an alright curriculum, I took Foundations and AP. AP was essentially a repeat of foundations tho but added lists and loops into the mix

Never had issues with just leveling up. It's just the nightly pop-up which is getting annoying. But I can uninstall skill prestige again and see if that helps

well, sophia and claire do get cheered up before their 10 heart events. (and in ways that don't make the farmer their only therapist!)

follow your heart. spouses don't really have individual benefits, so it really is about which npc you like best, and not which npc gets you the best stuff XD
this is pretty subjective and may be better suited for one of the gameplay channels, but I believe Abigail is a popular marriage candidate

What was causing the orange box under trees? I get the same thing. I just got home and saw your discussion about it
One issue not listed on there is that the shipping bin may "wiggle." I think that's caused by having a recolor mod that affects the bin, but I personally tweaked it for the map I'm using by removing the shipping bin from the map file (tbin).
Are you using Crop Transplant Mod? Sounds like that's the issue. Try changing this in the config: "EnableSoilTileUnderTrees": true -> false

ye and Tree Transplant doesn't pick up on the changes by Better Fruit Trees, so if you set the Crop Transplant Mod config to let you move fully grown trees, you're golden!

NPC Map Locations says it's just a compatibility patch and not up to date, but the smapi page says it's fully compatible.

Hiya! I'm having an issue with Better Mixed Seeds not finding keys for some modded seeds. I use PPJA Fruits and Veggies and Mizu's Flowers for modded crops. This issue only popped up with 1.5 - I hadn't seen it occur when I was still running 1.4. Anyone with a big brain know how I can fix this?

SVE on a save might be weird youll need noclip and destroyable bushes to delete some bushes and random stuff that would appear, itll work fine tho
SVE makes a bunch of changes to the world's layout. It may work if you configure it to not use any of its built-in farm variants.
But the recommendation (https://github.com/FlashShifter/StardewValleyExpanded/wiki/Install-guide) is to start a new save.

Any PPJA mod basically always says "to update, delete old folders before installing the new" because they change the folder structure a lot

As a side note, Android doesn't have the 1.5 update and because it's running on an older version of SMAPI, users also need to use older versions of mods
better mixed seeds is still not populating a bunch of my PPJA stuff but it looks like other people are having the issue according to nexus posts and no solution is posted there. so hopefully it's an issue with the mod itself and the author will give an update soon

Probably. I noticed Walk to the Desert gets a bit laggy for me at night because so many ghosts can spawn in that area with the abandoned town
I actually managed to get through two days! I exited the game before attempting a third day, but so far so good. I did your suggestions for the Custom Music, and I deleted a couple of mods that I don't really need. Now the only problem I'm facing is a bit of game stutter, but that's to be expected with how many mods I have

Unfortunately it doesn't work for 1.5, and even pre-1.5 it was buggy.
I've never used the mod or really even looked into it, it was just something I saw at the corner of my eye while browsing mods
I'd probably use it if it worked! I know each day in SDV is only about 15-20 minutes generally, but still. Sometimes you have reasons to put the game down in the middle.

Does anyone have issues with right clicking Woman in a Painting to talk to her or give her gifts? It takes me several tries to talk to her, and so far with gifts I have been unsuccessful, the game just keeps asking me if I want to eat the gift lol

i added it to my steam library and it worked

No. But combat made easier had an update after I reached level 10 on another char which adjusts combat XP gain 
I try without the multiplier Maybe that helps
