there is no SMAPI for Switch. You'd have to first jailbreak it and even then, you could only use XNB mods which directly replace game files. All around, it's not recommended

Recent changes in the Android version of the game caused both Android SMAPI ports to break. ZaneYork is aware of the issue and working on a fix (and pull requests to help are welcome.) A pre-release version equivalent to SMAPI 3.7.6 for Stardew 1.4.5.151 is now available at https://github.com/ZaneYork/SMAPI-Android-Installer/releases

Hey, I'm using SMAPI 3.9 and stardew 1.5, and trying split screen (local) co-op. We've plugged in switch controllers to my laptop, but the game thinks that they're supposed to control P1, so pressing the button that normally joins a new player instead just cancels the waiting for other player screen. I've tested both with mods installed, and with no mods, so I think it's something with SMAPI itself, not any particular mod, since I don't have the problem running the game vanilla
Any suggestions?

Has anyone tried to use the newest version of Cecilia? I did run into an error with her. Her house is not showing and I'm getting "Content Patcher Can't apply map patch "Cecilia > EditMap Maps\Town #1" to Maps\Town: the FromFile file 'assets\GhostHouseDay' doesn't exist." Hey, I'm using SMAPI 3.9 and stardew 1.5, and trying split screen (local) co-op. We've plugged in switch controllers to my laptop, but the game thinks that they're supposed to control P1, so pressing the button that normally joins a new player instead just cancels the "press button to join" screen. I've tested both with mods installed, and with no mods, so I think it's something with SMAPI itself, not any particular mod, since I don't have the problem running the game vanilla. It does work using non-local co-op, but we like playing split-screen.
Any suggestions?
EDIT: For anyone else having a similar issue, it seems to be fixed by setting the main Stardew game in Steam to run SMAPI instead of vanilla (Note: this does not mean using SMAPI as a non-Steam game in steam, it means changing launch options in Properties on the original Stardew game in Steam)

Okay, this is killing me. I'm posting here because I'm running more than 300 mods, but I'm not sure my issue is actually mod related.... it seems that the trashcan icon in my inventory has disapeared. Why!? I googled and found a few people with similar issues, for one or two it just fixed itself randomly. Another person "restored the files"(whichever files he meant by that, who knows). I'd rather not overwrite my entire content folder to see if that fixes things, any ideas of what might be going wrong?

Repairing your game should be fine because any good mod won't have you touch the Content data

I was thinking I could just do an install elsewhere on the hardrive and steal the files. Doing a reinstall or whatever from steam would override those content mods, yes?
I guess I'll have to either learn to live with it, or hope it fixes itself randomly or on upgrade.

Yeah the way to repair is to have Steam verify the files, it won't touch the mods but it will return the Content folder back to vanilla

That's it. I'm doing the steam thing. The only mod I can remember specifically went in content was the shop one. If I can't remember the rest I'll assume they weren't important.

idk if it's the same as the one you had, but there's a mod called summer hours on ModDrop that extends shop hours!

can someone help me out? I'm still in Spring, Year 1. I've had no storms/lightning. When I started I used a mod to get enough Deluxe Scarecrows to cover all my crops (and then some), but every now and then I loose crops. I'm on PC
