I don't know does this fit here but I'm voicing my thoughts here... I'm sorry for my bad english.
As I said in the other chat, I really do wish that spouses reacted to more things, making it more lively.
They already do have a whopping amount of dialogue and the fact that they do some sweet things here and there is something I really love. Although sometimes I find it funny how I can get knocked out in Skull Cavern and wake up at the clinic - and at home Harvey remembers nothing of such incident (despite expressing how worried he is.)
As Stardew Valley is my comfort game and Harvey my comfort character, it'd be fun to be able to for example express feelings to the spouses (by the emotes) and they'd respond (sad would trigger them to ask what's going on or offer some sort of comfort for example.) Maybe more dialogue at events?
Them being able to move furniture or cook more food would be kind of fun as well.
Another thing would be actual conversations with them, that would lead in different situations. That'd probably need some cutscenes, though. If I get heard I definitely don't want to push a bunch of work on the creator...
Ah, and something that would be interesting would be an ability to visit a city. Maybe the one where the character "escapes" from. I don't honestly know what special you could do at a city besides shopping though - maybe a movie?

Yeah I guess. Personally, my Seb inspires me a lot that I even have ocs based a little on him. He is one of the characters who helped me with my problems and who knows, and sometimes because of that kind of thing he is popular, one identifies a lot with him.

I like that about him too, it's not cloying. But if he gives enough affection to make you feel comfortable and well, I personally do like goths / emos / darks, even though I didn't like the character at first because of how dry he was until I was encouraged to know him better.
