looks good! i would be aware of how the lid sits around the eyeball, like the eyeball would fill up more of the socket so the two sides of the eyeball would be closer to the edges. also you could add some definition to where the eyeball presses through the skin but like you kind of said i would focus on the shape more before adding a lot of detail.

ok so ive come up with a death report for my oc thats dying for character development: died from hypothermia. got knocked out from a falling rock and died shortly afterwards from a combonation of freezing and shock. corpse later was scavenged by birds and fish, with a shark taking a large bite out of the left shoulder and head. washed up several days later bloated from gases building inside the body cavity as well as water bloating the corpse

People usually spend a lot of time tweaking and redoing their work getting it just right. You've probably seen how many versions CA himself had to go through making the base game villagers

here is some advice on the benefits of laptop and pc and the non-benefits

Laptops
they are small and very portable and have a battery installed so you don't have to have them plugged in all the time to use the laptop, and laptop nowadays are really powerful and have lots space and are quite good, but they are not really up-gradable, so that means if you want to get better laptop you would have to buy an entire laptop instead of just components

PC
they are quite big depending on the components and the case but they are much much more cheaper to buy or make than buying a laptop but you do have to have it plugged in at all times to use the pc and you would require to also buy a monitor, but the plus is that when you want it to become more powerful you can just buy the components and swap the components and boom, more powerful pc

I always name my files so theyre numbered in order of creation
Maybe you could try smething similar
like, '001 January" "002 January"
and obvi change the month for difference months
