Huion makes good screen tablets as well. Wacom used to be basically the only option for a professional tablet, but now it'd be worth looking at huion options as well.

The Girls with the black hair, the piece of hair on the left looks like it is an entire chunk of hair that tried to go behind the shoulder but decides at the last second that it will go to the front of the shoulder

I would say that the you could make the outlines of the pink hair more prominent because it's kind of hard to tell where the front hair is and the hair in the back is, for example this small part
