Adding a lot of color to farm can be tricky. There are seasonal plants that act as decor that are available in various festivals.

Here, I used them to decorate my ||gold clock||

And surrounded my greenhouse

U can strategically plant trees to bring a bit more life

Fruit trees add a lot of color as well. I like them a lot.

this is my whole farm currently

need to design the fish pond area, left of greenhouse will be obelisks/golden clock eventually, right of green house will be a lightning rod section, and left of house will be another shed for storage and processing (other sheds are just for kegs)

There's alot of things spread along my valley wich is a result of alot time spent here with fellow farmers on sdvcord and forums, they all helped me out to reach the aesthetic level we see today

My favorite thing to do with the upper right room is make it into a bathroom. There are two rugs and one flooring pattern that all look convincingly like water (if I use the flooring I block out the "tub" with crafted tiles over the rest of the room), especially with the pipe furniture piece in the corner. Basic sprinklers for faucets, iridium bar or soapstone for soap up on an end table beside another end table with a piece of cloth for a towel, inactive marble brazier for a sink, one of the small bluish wall art pieces for a mirror - it's fun.

Sun. 14 Year 6. Just reached true perfection with over 50 mods, including Stardew Valley Expanded! It's been an awesome journey, and I recently hit 500hrs on steam. (Not counting my Nintendo Switch hours). I found this game in mid 2018 and it quickly surpassed Subnautica and Zelda as my favorite game of all time. I don't think I'll ever really be done with this game, but this marks the end of my obsession. 😅 I love you all, and thanks for coming to my rant!

there are lots of farms on the internet and it can be a great way to get ideas, reddit and the stardew forums usually have some really talented people doing those exact things
