You can add more crops between those sprinklers, if you are doing trellises I'd recommend just using quality sprinklers and keeping the iridium for huge scale crops like starfruit, melon, pumpkin etc

Fair. Well before I start decorating, I need to be happy with the space I have to move around the map. Then I pick a few items I like and use other things or colors to complement or contrast. You could also design with the function of the nearby buildings in mind. Like a picnic area around a vineyard, animal petting area, stargazing, produce showcase or something else

Then replace where there would normally be chests with a long table or pots with colorful crops in them to fill up the space. I love how it looks by the way, great job designing!

Robin and the wizard can change the colours of big sheds. and I sold lots of artisan goods, different wines and jellies, and loads of truffles.

I believe they are using a mod/texture pack, but you can change the color of most buildings on the farm (including shed) by hitting paint building under any of the building options robin has, and when it takes you to a view of your farm you can select any building

The Hopper loads items that are placed in it into any machine in front of it, provided that the item can be placed into the machine and that the machine is not already processing something.

Items produced this way will still have to be manually removed from the machine. On the other hand, multiple possible input items can be loaded at the same time, and it also works with two different input items at the same time. For instance, one could load Coal and an array of different ores into a Hopper connected to a Furnace, which will have the Furnace auto-smelt the ores from left to right.

they are good for if you have a lot of something that can be turned into something else and are unable(don't want) to use mods like Automate
