even without the junimo huts on the right, it took me a full day, from 6-2, with triple shot espresso, to plant all 792 tiles

with re-hoeing and fertilizing and planting

not really and the flowers have uses several of them can be used to craft/cook thing

Flowers last through seasons like the way crops do. Some flowers only last in their corresponding season, while some may last for more than 1 season.
Blue Jazz and Tulips can only be grown in Spring
Summer Spangle, Poppy in Summer
Fairy Rose in Autumn
Sunflowers can last through Summer and Autumn.
There might be more flowers, but these are the ones I remember right off the bat.

Flowers near beehives give special honey that can sell for more. The Fairy Rose gives the best kind of honey when put near a beehive.

I don't recommend growing many flowers, unless you're trying to cook something, trying to gift a villager a favourite item, or you want better, more expensive honey.

and there is a post Community Center recipe that uses the Fairy Rose

in 1.5

To be honest, that recipe isn't really worth it. You're cutting out on profit just to have something get done earlier, though it has its uses, it's better to just wait and earn maximum profit.

If you have beehives, ALWAYS grow a flower near them to earn more money - some special honey sells for more than others, so be sure to research.

Blue Jazz are the only other flower you might want to grow in bulk, if you want more luck - they are used to cook a Lucky Lunch.

In fact even within the same room, it's best to break up long stretches of walls with paintings, wall decor or tall furniture (bookshelves, plants, statues etc.)

A fireplace top right would be cozy and changing some of the rugs to add some different color. An Icy Rug where you are standing would look good I think to balance out the blue from the couches in top right, a Dark Rug in top left and the Funky Rug in the middle of bottom right room might look good.
