fishponds, passive money maker
sheds for mini greenhouses need garden pots and watered everyday ||or just put deluxe water retain|| or some can be filled with kegs or preserve jars
slimehutch is not really necessary but i like to try new things also a passive money maker
barns main source if pigs
coop just for chickens if cc is alr complete for daily mayo not as much profit compared to barns
silo - for animal feed
stable - for travelling
mill - if you plant rice/beets/wheat but if you just plant high profit crops, its not needed

yeah, looking at the update tree process.. it updates one tile at a time, and it check surrounding tiles for growth stage 5... so there shouldnt be a way to get two growth stage 5 trees near each other in vanilla, even if two 4 stage tried to update in the same night...
