I do (i.e. they're meant to be for my SP playthrough but a few retexture mods carry over to MP online session), it's never been an issue for as long as my friends and I play, which is 50 hours of co-op so far

you can put a . in front of the folder of the mod
like .ConsoleCommands for example. if you are on windows, rename to .ConsoleCommands. or whatever mod you want to disable
you can also make a subfolder within the mods folder and put something that isnt a mod and smapi will ignore it

You can portforward, I can't remember which port is needed, let me see if I can find it. The other thing you can do is install Hamachi and go that way. Hamachi will bypass the need to port forward

The Multiplayer literally don't work anymore. SV says "The server has terminated the connection" and nothing happen, then we came back to the tittle screen. It sounds like it’s happening a lot to many players currently. Are you playing through steam, @frail badge? Because we had a lot of people come all day saying they are having troubles, so it sounds like it’s more of an external problem that’s out of our hands. You can see if it’s a mod issue if you’re using that, but can’t say for sure, I only read the 300+ messages above stating the same thing.
Someone said to try connecting by IP using Hamachi? So that night help.

At least that would be my guess from things like "Grass 1", they probably should be inside another folder, with some other files too, that was in the the zip you downloaded.

(SMAPI does detect XNB mods, and it can distinguish them from content packs based on the presence of a .json file. It'll show the generic 'none of them are manifest.json' if it detects files that aren't XNB, text, or PNG though.)

That's a Vortex bug, it doesn't clean up removed mods. I think that's fixed in the latest version, but not sure if they released it yet. Can you check if you have the latest version?

It's a bit confusing; the requirements are under "You Will Need", which is separate from "Installation".
The main one in this case is Project Populate Json Assets, which includes the mods it's looking for.

Right click Stardew Valley in your Steam Library -> Properties -> and Set Launch Options. The box should be empty for default loading

So, I want to transfer my stardew valley save from my pc to my android phone. I have the Steam version. My game has some mods installed and I was wondering if there was anything
else I need to other than just moving my save file over to my Android device. As long as I copy just the save folder over without the mods folder, should it work fine on my phone? Also, what happens to Steam achievements when I transfer? Will my mods reappear when I copy my save back to PC?

If its just visual mods, you should be safe. You can always try it 😃 The worst thing that will happen is that the save wont load at all

I’m hosting a multiplayer game with a friend on Switch. We were playing an hour or so ago and, while my friend attempted to buy some animals, her Switch crashed. We restarted the day, did the same things, got a crash but didn’t quit the day but had her rejoin. Commended on our way but we just noticed a storage container near our house mysteriously disappeared. We’ve reloaded the game and it continues to be missing. Google searches led me to believe that the tools at least would show up in my mailbox the next day as a prevention to progress being impeded. No luck.
Now using my partners axe and hoe but this is garbage, ugh. Can those tools be repurchased somewhere? This is our first time through.

hey! idk if it's the right place to ask. is there a way to specify what gpu will smapi launch the game with? i have two gpus in my laptop and while i have set both smapi and the game to use nvidia gpu, smapi still launches the game with the default, integrated graphics card. the only solution i've found so far is changing the global settings for gpus but i'd prefer to not do that.
