I dont see why it would need to take all that long to run but idk enough about it really. Simulating it non seeded would only take a few hours. You just run it as numbers and tell it to ignore duplicates and stop when it reaches 9216 unique numbers

Wonder if blade could add it to his predictor so it would only need to check the loaded seed. Let people figure out the best seed like they did for minecraft 😆

Probably because they have to redo a huge chunk of the coding 🙄 it's not like its 1/1 the same as the pc version. A good example is if you mod your fishing level to high on console it just crashes. Anything above 58. And even at 30 you can't use bait or lures. The code has to be changed to not only add things but also to handle some changes like speed buffs and how insane you can get a luck bonus. Redoing the code to add the new animations and tile placements....seriously it's a stupid amount they have to change

There is no good estimate, porting is incredibly hard to put a finger on, if you want my opinion I’d say don’t expect it for at least 2 months. They haven’t because 1.6.9 hasn’t yet been finished, when it is and some patches have come from that then they’ll be applied to other platforms and released

Mobile is notorious for its ui being hard to work around

Remember this is meant to be a final update (or at least the final one for a WHILE), CA wants to ensure that the many 1.5 bugs are ironed out too

It’s easy to feel frustrated, my tip is to make the most of the 1.5 stuff and be in the mindset of enjoying the stuff that’s going

There are bugs and features that’ll be removed, you can prep for them, etc.

Difficult to do when I already know how much QoL stuff is missing from the console 1.5.4 equivalent, and it feels pointless starting a new farm that will just be deleted for the update whenever it comes. I appreciate the suggestion tho

And a lot the frustration is with how it went from waiting for just a couple weeks, totally understandable, to waiting for a month, not fun but I get it, to waiting for the same amount of time as 1.5, disappointing but that's how it is, to waiting for twice as long as 1.5, starting to feel a little left out, to waiting for who knows how long with no information or idea of progress, kinda ridiculous that there's no transparency and were just stuck in the dark about everything

Again I totally understand it rationally but that's how it feels at this point
