Except if there's no cap on slimes, and no limit on breeding rate outside of random chance, then you can effectively build up to an unlimited amount of slimes per day so long as the breeding rate is greater than the escape rate.

Example with exaggerated statistics :

You have 20 slimes, each slime has a 10% chance to reproduce a day. That's +2 slimes per day, if each slime has a 5% chance to escape (it's 3.5 but again, this is just to keep things simple and round) then it's -1 per day

We'll pretend we don't scale up as time goes on until we get to 100 (again, to keep it simple and round)

Update on the slime ranch parrot egg adventure : After investing 10 slime eggs and having approximately 20 days pass, killing all my slimes would net me around 10k gold.

I will update again after another season has passed.

The iridium scythe allows kegs (or other processors) to "piggyback" on the increased density of garden pots by replacing the ones reachable by hand. This isn't 1:1, but at least it does reduce the burden of additional offsite kegs if you don't wanna vandalize the overworld with them

Iridium scythe can reach 3 tiles north and 2 tiles in other directions. So that's why the back wall has 3 rows pf pots/kegs while the front wall only has 2. The middle has a massive block of them since you can reach 3 from one side and 2 from the other.

If it's outdoors on the island farm, pots can be used for Fairy Rose Honey now

(Bees used to ignore potted flowers. They don't anymore in 1.6)

Ancient and Starfruit are still kings outdoors

You can put a potted Fairy Rose somewhere that wouldn't normally let you plant a crop, and then circle it with bee houses.
It has to be on a farm map (other maps don't let you put seeds into garden pots) but this way you can use nonplantable terrain to plant things
