well the lower right sheds are all kegs, the lower right rtees are fruit trees and mystic trees, (although I have some fruit trees in the greenhouse, some on ginger island, and banana/mango on the left side of the farm by the river), the coops and barn and silos get clustered together, the shed next to them is used as a greenhouse, and the slime hutch next to ther will be replaced by another such shed, so that the actual greenhouse and the two shed-greenhouses will be close together, ...

I planted some rows of mahogany with tree fertilizer due to a hardwood emergency (raccoon house and Willy's boat back-to-back). Met my needs before needing all of them, though.
They kept scattering seeds around themselves through winter. I scooped them up towards the end before I chopped the trees down

They return to normal types after green rain. This is why Mossy Seeds are important; they let you grow those mutant trees at will.

The giant fern stalk produces fiddleheads when you stick a tapper on it. It's funny.
A Mossy Seed will become one of the three types at random, but the fiddlehead stalk is visibly different from the others. So you can plant, check whether it's the kind you want, and if it's not... pickaxe it to return it to your inventory and try again

House upgrade means you can cook without needing to spend materials on a Cookout Kit, fill your watering can without leaving the house, fit more stuff like chests or dehydrators in your house (because it's bigger), and yes marriage
