Found the 1.5 code for tree growth.
I didn't see anything capping the growth stage to 5, but I didn't look all that thoroughly. If there isn't anything capping it at 5, then sufficiently old trees from old saves may well be able to grow moss right away (or as soon as it's no longer winter)

There are three ways I believe. You can create 7 cabins when making a new multiplayer save (Not a great way, but it's a way)
You can build a new cabin with the trailer skin (All the cabin skins were compacted into one menu in Robin's construction screen)
Or, if you already have a multiplayer cabin that isn't what you want, you can head to Robin and use the "paint" button to choose which skin you want your cabin to have, similar to how you recolor a barn or something

so 1 prize ticket every 3 quests completed

On the top left of the Help Wanted board is a counter consisting of three stars. Once three stars are reached, the next quest will contain a prize ticket reward and the counter will reset. It is limited in terms of accuracy, because the player can have multiple quests active.
