If you can't get Mystic Trees yet, then it comes down to either Pine (Chanterelle and Pine Tar) or Oak (Morel and Oak Resin).
Maples unfortunately make the logs skew heavily towards red shrooms, which are... oof

1000 per bottle ain't bad, tbh. Heavy Tappers will produce it in 4 days, so that's 250G per day per tree... without having to take up a space on your actual farm.

Ancient Fruit Wine is 330G per farm tile (plus a keg hopefully placed offsite)
