It’s easy to miss in my opinion. Same with the fish smoker at Willy’s place

It's useful even outside of this. It's weaker than jars or kegs (works out to 1.5x sell value per item) but works a lot faster (5 items in one overnight per dehydrator). You can handle massive harvests with few machines, which is handy for stuff like berries. Or if you just don't have a big jar/keg operation yet
