Day 10 you unlock and repair boat. Day 11 you reach GI and pay the Joja parrot. Day 12 you reach walnut room and buy all perfection waivers from Fizz. Can't go to Summit until railway opens on Summer 3 though, and then you have statue by Summer 4

Each coop makes ~25.8k per day on average with this strategy, and you only need to harvest it when you actually want the money because the autograbbers just stockpile all the gold eggs for you

There's this mod that I use, Animals Don't Eat Grass, which prevents pigs from producing truffles if the area is filled with grass. They can get happy being surrounded by grass, but without eliminating them, they won't be able to "find" truffles.
