ok, well the full story is that in cindersap to the right side, near where Robin's axe was, there's a door if you look at that wall. the door will give a message about only a master of the 5 skills (ways?) can enter here and it will tell you 0/5 or 2/5 or however many you have, until you have all 5 skills at level 10. at that point you can enter and you'll see that there's several, hmm they look like stone tablets? one for each skill, you can learn what "mastery" in each one provides, and that's the start of the new progress bar. I believe the first round is 10k xp and then you can choose the skill you want mastery in, after that the next progress bar is 15k, and so on, so it gets more expensive for each additional choice.
