The dimensions are in the (by default collapsed) output section of the properties tab (forgive me, I wanted to use clickbait arrows, I see why theyre popular), as for dithering, it also has Error Diffuse Dithering which looks a bit naff to me (and it very slow), as for the way I've been doing animation (atleast until I actually understand it) is hooking up the Frame Index node to some numerical property of what where I'm animating, i.e. for noise I hooked the Frame Index to a divide node to divide by the frame count (for smooth looping) then tossed that into a vector 2 node, then fed that to the Position property in the noise

This disadvantage of heating as it's needed is apparently a lower maximum capacity but it's always been fine for me. The only thing growing up was that if someone turned on the sink in the kitchen the shower upstairs would get cold but that's it

What does the thing you're colouring want? Colour/gradient/palette/array?

if it has alpha then you can turn alpha to gray and then gray to color
There's the colourise node which may help, or if you want transparency, grey to alpha which allows you to also colour
To get a single colour from a palette you need to use the array split node aswell
