At work they’re redesigning the website and I’m so mad

devout vault
crystal wren
#

Who would love to make you a front-end as well, but hates all of the technologies involved with it.

sand frost
#

They’re making it all glossy pictures and hiding the damn information

cinder karma
#

I think i could make a pretty website

devout vault
cinder karma

(Atra, is "pretty" "math professor website from 1995")

#

Maybe

#

Ooh!

lethal walrus
cinder karma
#

Hey Tire Light the front end of some conversion software we used at work yesterday used a scratch like interface

#

You literally dragged and dropped blocks and connected them to each other to convert one file format to a different one

sand frost
#

Huh, fascinating

sand frost
#

Instead the graduation requirements are buried 3 pages deep!

devout vault
#

Yeah I’m fine with fancy website but don’t make me run a mental marathon trying to find something

sand frost
#

The graduation requirements are the single most important thing current students need, it should be front and center

#

But nooo they want flashy ads for prospective students only

#

I’ve been telling my department head that if he wants, I’ll come to the meetings and complain loudly but somehow he hasn’t taken me up on this

hushed raven
#

I love seeing other peoples websites!

these are great

Mine still is broken in many areas (especially the RSS feed in the projects page DON'T CLICK IT) https://atlasv.info/

crystal wren

I still need to make a portfolio site...

hushed raven

I quite enjoyed making mine, finding the right inspiration and theme I wanted to go with however was not enjoyful in the slightest

My portfolio site would br very empty

And unfortunately my projects would be pretty empty

hushed raven
#

I have 3 projects on there, that's it

for about 3 months I only had 1, the project was the website itself, linked to itself of course

While I technically have a website, the only page that exists on it is for a FFXIV plugin I wrote and only that because I wanted to collect some stats. https://wtsync.khloeleclair.dev/ It's pretty low effort

#

The backend for that plugin and that website all run on Cloudflare workers

#

@ivory shadow You leveled up to Rancher. That's level 250. Woot!

I was supposed to be modding but got dragged away by websites, I have made a grand total of 2 lines of progress XD

I almost said exercise earlier too

Like, each time atra mentions the stairmaster... more than just once or twice 😛

safe dragon
#

that'd be a nice thing to be known for

#

cinder karma
#

Of course I'd rather be known for being good at exercise

pliant snow
#

I have ordered my first custom PCB

#

we'll see if I fucked it up

devout vault
#

What'd you make?

pliant snow
#

An 8-input component switch

devout vault
pliant snow
#

but not nearly as expensive as they're charging for this

devout vault
#

Ah

pliant snow
#

Guess how much they want for that

#

to save me the trouble of getting up and plugging in my own stuff

hushed raven
#

at least 40$ honestly

pliant snow
#

You're correct, it is at least $40

#

It's $325

hushed raven
#

👁️ 👄 👁️ WAT-

pliant snow
#

I've searched for ages for an alternative and never found any

hushed raven
#

saved at least 300$ ordering a custom pcb XD

pliant snow
#

So I'm building one myself

hushed raven
#

which pcb manufacturer have you gone with?

pliant snow
#

The cheapest one!

#

let's see

#

NextPCB

hushed raven
#

I used them before for a flexible board (along side PCBway as an alternative) and they seem pretty decent, very fast delivery for me

cinder karma
devout vault
#

Might I be free from needing that C++ reflection thing myself?

It doesn't have runtime reflection, but the previous stuff I wrote might be able to be used if populated with the compile time reflection

pliant snow
#

I barely know what I'm doing, but I have produced

hushed raven
#

And you've gone with USB C instead of Micro, fantastic choice

pliant snow
#

Yeah, although I didn't want to figure out how to surface mount some stupid USB-C port, so I just used a breakout daughterboard

#

Did I almost have the pins backwards so the plug would've faced the wrong way? Yes, but I noticed that

hushed raven
#

Surface mounting isn't the easiest but it's made so much easier with copper wick when you make a mistake

pliant snow
#

I went with through hole for everything, partially because it's easier, but I also wanted to prototype it all

#

Maybe I should've made it longer but narrower, come to think of it

#

oh well

hushed raven
#

If I don't have a predefined volume it needs to fit in, through hole will always be my choice, mostly because of the old ass soldering iron I have but also because I'm too shaky 24 7

cinder karma
#

I tend to prefer surface mounts tbh

#

Less reflection

What the fuck is a smart cordless screwdriver

safe dragon

dusty pollen
safe dragon
#

oh yeah I know they're a thing I hate it

dusty pollen
#

the wifi is for loading "custom programs"?

hushed raven
#

I like smart devices when I get to be the one in control of them, dishwashers however don't need to be smart unless they also unload and load themselves

safe dragon
#

a dishwasher that neatly puts away the clean dishes... that'd be good

hushed raven
#

Monkey's Paw: It puts them away neatly, but not in the way you have them set out

crystal wren
#

I have a wi-fi enabled washing machine, and the program knob has never touched the wi-fi position.

cinder karma
safe dragon
#

I have a wifi enabled thermostat which has never had a wifi connection. Even if it did it requires a 10 euros a month subscription to use the "smart" features

hushed raven
#

I love smart wifi devices because the people who don't know much about them love them, but the peeople who do know much about them hate them and never want to touch them with a 10 foot pole

cinder karma
#

I wouldn't mind a wifi thermostat

safe dragon
cinder karma
#

In the US i could get a power plan that would give me a discount

ivory shadow
#

I don't like all these random wifi devices. ... because I'd rather have something like zigbee or matter threads that doesn't generate a bunch of traffic on the wifi spectrum slowing everything down.

safe dragon
#

I don't mind a thermostat that lets you set a timer but that doesn't require an app

#

it doesn't even require a screen

cinder karma
#

The special fun is that screwdriver just looks tiny and underpowered tbh

safe dragon
#

its smart in that it insults you if you try to use the wrong screwhead for the job

Aquo have you ever considered becoming the pope in order to get aquo.va

pliant snow

I no joke looked up how to get a .va at one point and learned that

#

I was raised roman catholic tho, so its not outside the realm of possibility

safe dragon

lethal walrus
#

I imagine you could probably get a job at the registry too

safe dragon
#

don't accept less than pope

lethal walrus
#

Although I'm not sure which is more disappointing - knowing your name as a domain hack is possible if you were the pope, or knowing you need to establish the country of outer westlands (or equivalent) to get .ow

steel kraken
#

A decade ago I did look into how viable si.nz was, and it was possible but if I tried to get it, a few others got to have prior claim on it due to owning si.com.nz and si.net.nz or something

#

So sinz163 backwards was used instead

lethal walrus
steel kraken
#

I have enjoyed the backwards domain though, as it makes my email mostly a palandrome

hushed raven
#

palendromic email would be amazing, I did try to get atlas.v which is a valid domain, but it was like $200 a year so that was a solid no

dusty pollen
#

what's ar SDVpufferthinkblob

#

wait argentina

technically I am half argentinian--

#

??? why

#

is ar just really pricy

hushed raven
#

Augmented Reality (AR) that may be why

#

like the .ai domains

dusty pollen
#

it looks like there's a charge of at least £62 to register an ar domain so it may be a governmental thing

hushed raven
#

Ohh good point

dusty pollen
#

oh god I forgot argentina was into crypto

hushed raven
#

Oh.. pffft

#

like on a governmental level?

safe dragon
#

yeah

#

guy who got elected on an anti corruption campaign then proceeded to shill a new cryptocurrency

hushed raven
#

"anti corruption" yep totally seems it

dusty pollen
#

yup. so the .ar registrar releases daily logs on the governmental blockchain now

hushed raven
#

By buying an argintinian domain you are helping crypto stay fashionable

#

at least it's not AI!

steel kraken
dusty pollen
#

it looks like the inherent fee is like £13 so who knows

#

their registrar's website is a mess pffft

#

looks like buying direct from the nicar would be £13 but I would have to provide the address of a contact in argentina and I cba to go track down any cousins rn

devout vault
#

(and I don't mean AI does in a "skynet ruling the world" sense)

#

(I mean it in a "destroying our trust in any information whatsoever, employment since there's no universal income or anything, and the environment along the way because why not" sort of way)

hushed raven
#

it's pretty damaging to the enviroment, but my thinking was at least theres no theft or fact connections between humans and it being made

#

Oh ye exactly the same way then

devout vault
#

Are the newer not-proof-of-work cryptocurrencies still super bad for the environment?

#

I thought it moved from bad and dumb to just dumb

hushed raven
#

I think it's less bad and dumb, but still bad

dusty pollen
#

the environmental aspect should be pretty much resolved afaik

#

proof of stake is just an admission that crypto doesn't fix any of what it was meant to fix in my opinion, but it's not like proof of work was immune SDVpuffersquee

devout vault
#

I don't actually know what proof of stake is

#

Proof of work is "miners solve this absurdly computationally expense math problem first to get some currency", right?

dusty pollen
#

yup

#

proof of stake = "miners are randomly chosen based on how much crypto they have to get some currency"

devout vault
#

wha

#

Am I misunderstanding, or is this literally designed to be "the rich get richer"

dusty pollen
#

tbf, so was regular mining

hushed raven
#

nope thats right to my knowledge

devout vault
#

Like you could barter mining graphics cards or something

dusty pollen
#

in that as complexity rose, only the rich could afford the mining rigs for proof of work. proof of work was based on the proportion of computational power you owned basically, which is still inherently valuable

devout vault
#

But this is literally "hey, you have cash? here, have some more cash"

dusty pollen
devout vault
#

The difference being that for proof of work it was optimized to be "the rich get richer", but wasn't like that inherently.

Proof of stake is literally just "the rich get richer"

dusty pollen
#

but yes, proof of stake is much more direct

#

and evidence that the whole "crypto will return control of the currency to the people" is utter nonsense

devout vault
#

It's also better/worse (depending on what side you're on) for the people who start a cryptocurrency. They can just mine a bunch before releasing it, and nobody else can get more as easily

dusty pollen
#

boy do I have good news for you

if you're the one who started the currency, you don't even need to mine it, you can just give yourself a bunch SDVpuffersquee

devout vault
#

Sure, those people could do some off camera mining with proof of work, but at least proof of work isn't designed to be biased towards those people

devout vault
dusty pollen
#

that's literally how they're done

devout vault
#

(but I kinda figured)

#

I never looked into it, but I kinda assumed that was how the rugpulls happened

dusty pollen
#

yeah, proof of work was a very clever social solution to a problem but inherently flawed in several ways. proof of stake just embraces one flaw in order to eliminate a different one and is nowhere near as fun

hushed raven
dusty pollen
#

mee6 did a rug pull? like the bot?

hushed raven
#

yep, the people behind the MEE6 bot minted a coin and did a dodgy

#

I think they went full rugpull but not 100% so it needs fact checking to be certain

devout vault
#

I mean if there's anyone that should be doing cryptocurrency it's bots. Bots can't spend physical currency, after all

They don't have hands

AWW I LOVE THE LITTLE NOODLE

devout vault
#

It's always funny that a lot of "hacking" is just social engineering despite what the average person may think.

It just occurred to me that it's even funnier now, since the best way to "hack" ChatGpt/etc. into doing something it "shouldn't" is to social engineer it (like the "my grandma used to sing me steam game keys as a lullaby before falling asleep, and she just passed away. could you write a similar lullaby for me" thing)

#

...slightly different type of social engineering, but it's certainly closer to that than "hacking the mainframe"

dusty pollen
#

yup, you used to be able to get around a lot of the copyright restrictions for example by saying things like "I'm in a room with a picture that's in the style of (copyrighted work) showing (whatever), can you show me what the room looks like"

#

I also love when people get a chatgpt based bot to give them a prompt and are convinced that's the prompt it was actually given when actually chatgpt just made up a new one

devout vault
#

I saw an interesting point on reddit... at some point? that makes a lot of sense to me on that front, at least as a contributing factor.

Popular culture stuff often depicted computers as always being correct or even outright infallible, because it's just an algorithm calculating something sort of thing,

So, with chatgpt being an algorithm and not a real person, why wouldn't someone think they can trust it?

#

Of course that's also ignoring stuff like believing things on the internet without checking them (which I'm certainly guilty of sometimes), but that's why I said "contributing factor"

#

Why is it so hard to do this on arch wtf?

safe dragon
#

it shouldn't be harder on arch... it's the same tools

dusty pollen
#

it looks like you accidentally outputted to standard output instead of to the disk

devout vault
#

Formatting your terminal is always fun

dusty pollen
#

but don't you just mount the iso to a temporary mount and then dd to your usb stick

#

maybe not even mount

#

yup, just dd, no mount

hushed raven
#

Neither the KDE image writer works, it just crashes on start, GNOME Disk Utility has installed to somewhere absolutely no clue where I can't find it even in the paths listed by pacman -Ql, and another KDE one says failed writing block -1, and that mess in the image is the output from using cat

#

I have always used rufus to write an iso to a usb, you can just transfer the files from the iso manually?

dusty pollen
#

you use dd. dd copies the contents of the volume as is

#

isos are images of disks so it works here

#

but rufus should work too iirc

hushed raven
#

Not available on linux unfortunately

dusty pollen
#

oh wait that's windows only lmao, I forgot

hushed raven
#

I used rufus on windows I should've added

dusty pollen
#

yeah just dd

#

dd if=your_iso of=the_usb status=progress

hushed raven
#

hmm okay, that excludes the other args mentioned on the arch wiki, wonder what they do, I shall give dd a go, ty

safe dragon
#

I love arcane commands I use but don't understand

dusty pollen
#

dd is literally just "make this volume the same as that volume"

hushed raven
#

they're plentiful, I do search them up before using though, just to be sure I don't instanly mince my computer

#

never in my life have I had a terminal and notif daemon do that before, what a panic inducing situation XD thanks arch wiki

dusty pollen
#

you can even use dd if=/dev/null to format a disk

hushed raven
#

good to know, I shall keep that in mind

#

is the /dev/null the path to the drive or just literally use that as the if= if you know off hand?

devout vault
#

if=/dev/null sounds like you're making every if check in someone's code base fail

dusty pollen
#

/dev/null is a special volume that always outputs nulls and discards any inputs iirc

#

so literally use that as the if

hushed raven
#

perfect good to know ty

hushed raven
dusty pollen
#

haha that’s likely a reference to this ig SDVpuffersquee

#

though /dev/null is more of a black hole if anything

hushed raven
#

Yep that sounds about right, I was about to ask whether thats where deleted files go, somehow forgetting they aren't physical and the OS just removes the association to the specific blocks the data is on 🤦‍♂️

safe dragon
#

I've been trying to figure out as I was brushing my teeth what if and of stand for in dd but I think i just had realized the i and o are input and output

dusty pollen
#

input file, output file

hushed raven
#

I wanna say input file output file

safe dragon
#

I knew they didn't mean the actual words but it was completely nonsense to my head

dusty pollen
#

iirc there’s also /dev/zero but that gets used way less

hushed raven
#

looking at wiki, /dev/zero also works as a source, another potentially useful tip

#

theres also /dev/full which you can probably guess what it means, how cool

dusty pollen
#

yup, I meant as a source haha, I don’t think as an output it’s that useful since you have /dev/null

#

I actually can’t guess what /dev/full does SDVpufferthinkblob

hushed raven
#

it just outputs a "device is full" error when trying to add anything to it

dusty pollen
#

ah, always returns a disk full error on write— yeah SDVpuffersquee

safe dragon
#

these feel like peak "they were useful during development and we just kinda leave them in" things

hushed raven
#

theres also /dev/mordor in 9 front which is along the same lines which is a funny thing

or in 9front, /dev/mordor for read/write errors. (It's an in-joke. When opening a file in Plan 9, the system walks through the elements of its path. "One does not simply walk into Mordor." ;) )

dusty pollen
#

I’m surprised you can actually make new ones of these on your machine, though I guess I shouldn’t be because linux lets you do anything

hushed raven
#

I now need to find out how to make one so I can have /dev/cat which just outputs a repeating data stream of a cat.png

#

Turns out a lot of this was for naught, I forgot I don't have a cable so I have remake it using cloud init, whoops

steel kraken
#

while the "everything is a file stream" paradigm has cool behaviour, I do think linux overuses it at times

pliant snow
hushed raven
#

I have literally no idea, but using it followed by the correct package name brings up plenty of directories, navigating to the ones likely to have the executable are completely empty, I have show hidden files enabled, both dolphin and kitty (the terminal I use) don't show anything in those folders

pliant snow
#

It almost certainly should be the one in /usr/bin

(I've never heard cheetah though...)

hushed raven
#

Ahhh gotcha, ye that makes much more sense then, new terminology woop!

#

I have heard of cheetah, they play hard and fast with their money

safe dragon
#

also called addicts

#

I really hope that someday I will wake up to the news that some global superpower banned all these gambling systems so that it is no longer is viable

devout vault
#

Despite owning a VR headset, I have never tried VRChat

safe dragon
#

china might

devout vault
#

Unfathomable, I know

cinder karma
#

Oh, I thought like

#

You meant the mammals

devout vault
#

(I was browsing VR games still)

cinder karma
#

Dolphins are cute

safe dragon
#

to be fair, they are mammals still

hushed raven
#

I only like gambling if it with fake money that cannot be bought with real money at all, and doesn't attempt to market itself as real money

safe dragon
#

just people

cinder karma
safe dragon
#

ur making educational games which is cringe

cinder karma
#

It's gambling but each entry is one mile run in real lufe

safe dragon
#

VRChat to me sounds like a training ground for my social anxiety

devout vault
#

VR locomotion discomfort immunity != VR social discomfort immunity

safe dragon
#

doesn't help that the only people I know who frequent VR Chat are like... the weirdest people I have ever met in my life

hushed raven
#

it would be better if someone I knew was also playing at the same time but I have very limited friends, none of whom own VR stuff

cinder karma
#

Go make more VR friends

hushed raven
#

easier said than done for sure XD

devout vault
#

Clearly, I need to get DH and Atlas to play vivecraft with me. Guide me to becoming so immune to VR discomfort that I can handle elytra

cinder karma
#

You and Casey and Selph can be VR friends

hushed raven
devout vault
#

I got two VR games which have MP that I've been meaning to try (in SP, since I don't know people to play with)

#

Dungeons of Eternity, and Ancient Dungeon VR

cinder karma
#

Welp, it only took a few weeks for me to commit a message that ends with ^[:wq

hushed raven
#

I apprantly have 144 VR games in my steam library, I have play a max of 3 I think

devout vault
hushed raven
#

brb going to Kube it, I'll get it in a day or two easy

cinder karma
hushed raven
devout vault

Most of my VR games aren't VR-only, they're stuff like tabletop sim that have it extra

devout vault
#

39 for me

hushed raven
#

Oh ye a decent are VR as well as regular

#

the reason I have so many it bc I added almost every free package listed from archifarm

safe dragon
#

exciting

devout vault
#

wow vivecraft doesn't support MC 1.6, how can I try agrarian skies in VR like that

#

(oldest is 1.7.10)

lethal walrus
#

Is there a forge server viaversion

#

Oh no viarewind only went to 1.8 anyway

hushed raven
#

if it supports 1.21.1 I am going togive it a test

devout vault
#

It does

#

I'm lookingat modpacks which include it right now 😛

devout vault
hushed raven
#

I was gunna toss it on there and see how it fairs, I just cba making a custom pack, I didn't know there was packs made with it already,

devout vault
#

(sort by downloads)

hushed raven
#

Is there supposed to be more columns?

#

yes there is

devout vault
#

On modpack finder (the page I linked)

lethal walrus
#

Modrinth please be faster 😔

hushed raven
#

I use most things in portrait so many things don't show annoyingly

devout vault
#

I have been curious about craft to exile 2, clearly this is a sign

hushed raven
#

I've played the original (or 2 I can't remember) and I really quite liked it

#

it wasnj't in VR though

#

time to get cracking to see if I can get VR working on linux

safe dragon
#

damn sander isn't getting his flecs marketing after all from Hytale

devout vault
#

😔

#

I mean there is a C# binding

#

Not a java one though

rain apex
#

Is hytale alive

hushed raven
#

given that the discord for it is still very much getting spammed, I would say so

safe dragon
#

considering they just announced today that the rights to hytale were obtained and that they're going to release an early access version as soon as possible

#

presumably yes

marble jewel
#

ASAP = 25 years (/j)

safe dragon
#

they got 10 years of funding secured supposedly

#

so 10 years

devout vault
#

Did that mean secured?

marble jewel
#

Just read the post, looks like they scrapped 3 years of new engine development

devout vault
#

Yeah but if the new engine had 3 years of development and still wasn't where the old one was, it's not really much lost besides time

marble jewel
#

So we'll get the game they could've shipped 3 years ago

safe dragon
#

no but now they can't claim they use an ECS

#

that's a big loss

devout vault
#

I mean maybe they use a java ECS?

safe dragon
#

maybe

#

I think minecraft bedrock uses the ENTT ecs

marble jewel
#

What they should do is 10 years of development on a new-new game engine. What's the hot new engine nowadays anyway?

safe dragon
#

but ENTT is C++

devout vault
#

Clearly they made their own java binding of FLECS

lime lintel
safe dragon
#

considering how minecraft bedrock has been in gaming news recently for being almost unplayable I'm not sure that'd be good marketing for ENTT rn

devout vault
#

Yeah they had a really slow spell back then

#

Khloe and I suffered because of it

devout vault
safe dragon
#

oh definitely not

#

I don't think they made it so that the game doesn't properly capture your mouse so your cursor just leaves the window if you turn too far

lethal walrus
#

Not excited for the modpack this mod is for

lime lintel
devout vault
lethal walrus
#

Sculk muffler.. and I can't remember if casey did actually do pne

#

Oh that was it yep

devout vault
#

Took 10 days for approval

#

But echo was in july

lethal walrus
#

They're not very effective when they take so long

#

I was trying to find code to steal a while ago

#

Just found a very obvious infostealer instead

#

Not even hidden in an update, all the versions had it

hushed raven
#

its that easy to hide an info stealer? damn, might have to become a black hat (/j I am not bad person I swear)

devout vault
#

I would say MC could use stuff like the file IO warnings SMAPI has, but nobody pays attention to MC logs anyways

#

They’re… much noisier

lethal walrus
#

I also made a PR to modrinth because the reporting ui was broken lol

#

The text overflowed and I added one css rule :>

hushed raven
#

wow, seems like a pretty vital thing to mess up on, was the page still legable atleast? or was it totally overflowing?

lethal walrus
#

Yeah it was fine mostly

hushed raven
#

well thats a releif then

#

(typing through headset passthrough, expect spelling issues, sorry)

lethal walrus
marble jewel
#

Since you're an official Modrinth developer, why can you please fix all the issues yourself?

devout vault
#

Pillow did that image get smited by governor

lethal walrus
#

No

#

It wasn't loading

devout vault
#

Ah. It loaded for me

marble jewel
#

I saw it

lethal walrus
#

And I realised hmm maybe that jwt shouldn't be shared

#

Ah

devout vault
#

Wasn’t it just what was on the PR?

lethal walrus
#

It was yes

#

But there was a jwt in the url

lethal walrus
devout vault
#

Oh I thought jwt was a typo

hushed raven
#

jwt?

lethal walrus
#

Ah

red crest
#

json web token

lethal walrus
#

Json Web tokens

hushed raven
#

Ohh gotcha

lethal walrus
#

Signed, expiring json base64 blobs

devout vault
#

Json web token

lethal walrus
#

So you can use them for stateless auth

#

Since they're signed inherently

devout vault
#

(I’m only repeating it because it was said multiple times, I didn’t know either)

hushed raven
#

I'm familiar, just first thing I thought of was JWST the space telescope

#

very confused how that was in a url

ivory shadow
# lime lintel what were the mods?
  • Sculk Muffler (sound muffling in an area around a placed block)
  • Create: Additional Logistics (add things to Create that have annoyed me in our multiplayer server)
Both listed on my profile https://modrinth.com/user/KhloeLeclair

I can confirm it took an annoying amount of time for them to review the code, compared to CurseForge. But ever since the first approval, updates don't go through approval at all on Modrinth. Which is worse than CurseForge, who approves updates too.

devout vault
#

I’ve heard of them but didn’t know the acronym offhand

ivory shadow
#

JWT are gross and almost everyone to ever use them has misused them

devout vault
lethal walrus
#

I use them for puffern

#

I realise khloe won't know what puffern is

devout vault
#

Dumb idea of the day: you know those things that let you make your own emoji now with a prompt or whatever?

Why not use that for the “ssh key art” when making a key. Gotta get with the times, you know?

ivory shadow
#

I am interpretting that as crime, Pillow

devout vault
lethal walrus
#

Are the ssh key arts the public or private key

#

Like if I share it is that a bad idea

devout vault
lethal walrus
lethal walrus
devout vault
devout vault
lethal walrus
#

I use it on the website

ivory shadow
#

To clarify why JWT are gross though, a lot of people, especially a lot of web developers, were like "ooh I can use these to authenticate users and then I won't need a database" which is just... stupid and wrong.

devout vault
#

implying ive ever visited it more than once or twice e

ivory shadow
#

JWT are meant to be short lived, and people are using them for 24hr+ session tokens instead
