I play on quest 3. I was lvl 45 Had over 200 deliveries I had all things unlocked I had to factory reset headset cus it was bugging and I lost all my stuff and I’m lvl 12. Idk what happened..
#Lost basically all my items and went back to lvl 12.

Problem with it too I prob lost footage of me being lvl 45 due to factory reset
did you ever send old media to the meta app?
cause if you had it sending to the app before you reset it, you could check the app see if that helps for getting the footage

Only footage I have with it is me playing around with the tablet…
And all the footage is me using it for landmines and such

sorry for the issue, we'll investigate it next week. we're not sure if it's our issue or if the meta OS cloud backup is broken.
if you can try going to https://secure.oculus.com/my/cloud-backup/ and try restoring a recent older version to see if that has the saved progress still in it

Same I lost all off mine progress and now I tried to do that and now I lost everything I can't believe that happed to me so now I have to go back to level 158

sorry for the issue, in the newest version 1.0.11 we've added our own cloud save that should prevent this in the future.
if you play the new version once and then give me your unity id (visible in the lobby options menu) I can restore your levels
