I don't know 100% exactly how the Meta system works, probably good to hit up Meta support.
Pre-orders charged you yesterday, so if the money went out yesterday it should have worked, otherwise it didn't go through

Me too I’ve been waiting for 3 months (I think) and I got it and it said preordered and now I have to get it again.
And it’s not in my history

the pre-orders only charge you 1 day before release, so if you don't have enough money on that day the payment won't go through
doesn't matter when you actually pre-ordered

if don't have the game now, my guess is it probably didn't take the money, but I don't know, best to contact Meta support, nothing we as developers have any info about.
