Generate a ball of rainbow light, then throw it at the enemy, staggering them and applying Strike Defense Down.
Re-entering the command before throwing the ball will crush the ball in your hand, and throw the scattered energy at the opponent, targeting multiple enemies at once, but dealing less DMG and not staggering.
While enhanced, increases DMG and applies Continuous Damage to enemies.
CD: 80 seconds.
