Skill 3
Celestial Radiance
Surround yourself with large amounts of godly Ki in a set radius, healing self, allies, and applying Movement Speed Up to self and allies for 5 seconds.
Can move while healing.
CD: 13 seconds.

Super Attack
Numinous Ruination
Fire multiple purple Ki blasts from above a set position that explode on impact, followed by a massive ki blast.
The last explosion is massive, shifting to white and applying Continuous Damage and Movement Speed Down.
Ally heroes within the explosion have extra HP and Continuous Healing applied to them.
CD: 80 seconds.

Celara’s Appearance
Celara is an athletic, curvaceous Saiyan standing at a height of 6’2. She has long black, messy hair that is styled in a ponytail, black eyes, slightly tan skin, and a brown Saiyan tail. She is wearing high-quality white and gold Saiyan armor with black, skin-tight spandex that hugs her curves, finished with a white cape that resembles the cape of a Demon King.

Celara’s Transformation
Super Saiyan God. Her eyes shift a bright red color, then she calmly powers up, godly Ki surrounding her body. Her hair then shifts to a red color, similar to Super Saiyan God Vegeta’s SSJG, and she is revealed in a state of pure Saiyan divinity.

Okay but what if she did though

instead of healing a part of the damage it takes it would be "better" to take a % of the damage the closest ally takes
and when a enemy (in certain range) is defeated then the continous self-heal gets activated
i think it would be a bit more balanced since it would work better with close range charaters and worst with long range ones

Skill 3 def shouldn't punish you for stopping healing

Lose-lose scenarios aren't really good balance wise

#

Ult is fine considering the crazy cooldown, maybe increase to 80, slowdown AND healing is an autowin in ANY teamfight

Getting self buffs when you're allie dies to compensate actually sounds fair, IDK if damage should also be increased though, she should stall, not win.

The base defense up probably shouldn't stack with the healing defense or tanks are immortal (passive)

S2 if fine considering you gotta charge it, probably needs a CD buff to 7-8s

#

S1 Shouldn't either have you NEED to hit it (the flurry) to teleport or have to CD turned up to 8s
