Passive: Bionic Terror An ability that is directly tied to his skill 2 (see skill 2 for details) by filling up his terror gauge he greatly boosts his defense again energy based attacks as well as augmenting his rush attacks and skills. The terror gauge gets drained slowly if no terror is built up
Rush Attack: A standard physical attack becomes a barrage of machine gun shots from one of his arms if the terror gauge is filled up. These shots apply Damage Over Time and Energy Resistance Down.
Skill 1: Flash Bomber 17 fires a barrage of ki blasts from his fingertips, this is a stock based move. When the terror gauge is filled up 17 converges all the blasts into a straight beam for decent damage. Cooldown: 7 seconds
Skill 2: Android Barrier: 17 spreads out his arms and cloaks his body in an invisible barrier while in this state he absorbs all energy based attacks and fills up the terror gauge. While in this state he has less strike resistance but he also has No obstruction to compensate for this he gains additional health during the attack. 17 can choose to cancel this into a skill or super attack if he fills up the terror gauge, doing so will reduce that moves cooldown (super attacks excluded). Cooldown: 11 seconds
Skill 3: Electric Hornet: Charges at the enemy and lands a devastating punch which inflicts blind to enemies hit by it, also fills the terror gauge by a very small amount. if used while the terror gauge is full enemies hit by it will be stunned and the cooldown is reduced by one second for every enemy hit by, additionally if used from Android barrier he retains the no obstruction and gets energy defense up. Cooldown: 7 seconds
Super Attack: Shocking Death Ball: Throws a massive sphere energy that pulls in enemies caught by it and instantly detonates, does more damage the more terror gauge he has and when the terror gauge is filled up the applies immune to all to himself during the attack. Cooldown: 60 seconds
