But it's his main reliable way of getting damage s1 while charging leaves you super vulnerable and doesn't have no obstruction like s2 also I've never seen an uub triple dash from stomps its one of those moves that's pretty much guaranteed to always hit

The thing is uub also doesn’t need to dash away from stomp . Uub with his skill 2 can very much just shred you down like paper while you’re stomping . And you can’t vanish away to cover or do anything else

If you use skill 3 first and it doesn’t reduce any other cooldown the base is 5 seconds

So is it kind of best to stick to using skill 1 and 3 for more poke/ damage and relying on skill 2 stomp to dodge cc instead of going in .

And relying more on his rush attacks for damage

Characters like vegito you can just brawl because they cannot deal with his damage
